Hawthorn is committed to continue its growth through its internal product development pipeline as well as through business development opportunities – primarily licensing and acquiring products and/or companies to mutually benefit Hawthorn, its business partners and the healthcare needs of patients served.  Licensing and acquiring late stage and commercialized products for sale in the United States are key components to our long-term strategic plan.  To date, the Company has in-licensed or acquired products from companies including Fleming Pharmaceuticals and Standard Chem. & Pharm. Co., Ltd., among others.

From conception to commercialization, licensing partners can expect an experienced decision making team focused on rapid execution of potential opportunities. We employ a streamlined process with key Hawthorn executives directly involved from initial contact through commercialization.
